Find the silver lining in the COVID 19 pandemic! Looking outward to your constituents, use this time to connect to more meaningfully to volunteers, donors and prospects. Create a digital communications strategy to keep good news flowing to all of your constituencies. Be proactive and reach out; extend a little extra love and fun to your supporters. Looking inward, take all those priorities off the back burner. Use this time to improve systems, focus on adapting fundraising strategies, build CRM capability; anything to improve your organization:

* investigate donor databases, CRM, crowd funding and email service providers

* re--focus on fundraising transferring efforts to the phone, email, direct mail, social


* explore other technology such as YouTube and live streaming options, virtual meetings

* learn how to use short videos to communicate appreciation of gifts and show your

mission in action
